I’m Bella Arbaín, an emcee and communications professional. I host cultural and corporate events across Johor and Negeri Sembilan.

Across my roles as Media & Publicity Exco for Persatuan Mahasiswa FSSK and Secretary of MPP FSSK, I coordinated vendor relationships and catering operations for PMF’s week-long Share Culture (Sweet Sweet) programme: balancing stakeholder communication, shifting logistics and on-the-ground delivery.
From COVID-19 care-facility volunteering and Shah Alam flood relief to She Power NGO pickleball events, a Kacau Dodol cultural drive and Baraan Hari Raya outreach across 14 villages in Semenyih. I also coordinated the allocation and distribution of three cattle for Qurbani aid.
I directed three university film productions without formal filmmaking specialisation: securing permits, a three-day campsite build, external equipment and a hired scriptwriter. At BabyPian HQ, I adapted the Zikir Pillow story for its audience and generated up to RM5,000 in daily revenue within two months of joining.
I’m at my best where people, purpose and execution meet. I ask the questions that uncover the bigger picture, build trust across different audiences, and keep moving when the plan gets complicated. I’m studying Mass Communication at UKM and building toward international work.
I’m building toward international opportunities in event hosting, public relations and large-scale community initiatives, collaborating with event organisers and cross-border agencies on high-impact cultural and corporate events.
The work matters most when the people beside me feel heard, useful and part of something bigger.
